Angus
For several years, a small group of Angus cows have been maintained at the farm with the intent to offer a modest group of bulls to compliment our Herefords for commercial cattlemen desiring to build british female bases. Having another breed allows comparisons to be made in where to improve and the different strengths of the breeds become clearly evident. The same selection criteria apply to the Angus and we have been privileged to implant embryos from Miller Wilson Angus at Bashaw, AB to try and expand this component of the farm.
